•  House Wash - Ground to gutter house wash (does not include gutter clean out or oxidation removal. 

Minimum charge of $299 for < 2k sq. ft.

• Concrete - Pre-treatment applied. Next, apply pressure with a 40 degree white tip to border each slab. 

Then, surface clean, followed by a post-treatment.

• Roof + House Wash -First, remove debris from the roof. Then, pre-wet surface. After that, apply the roof wash mix. Following this, rinse the surface when appropriate. All roof washes include a house wash unless requested otherwise.

• Oxidation removal - After house wash. Pre wet surface and apply oxidation removal mix for appropriate

dwell time. Then, scrub surface by hand followed by rinse. 

• Gutter Clean Out - Remove debris followed by gutter wash out. Do not offer ​gutter clean out with gutter guards and must be quoted in person or with adequate photos.
